HitoSale operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

We may process data through WhatsApp Business API and third-party service providers.
You retain ownership of your customer data; we only process it to provide the Service.

Sending unsolicited bulk or spam messages.
Harassment, abusive, or illegal activities.
Distributing malware, phishing, or harmful content.
Violating WhatsApp or Meta’s terms of service.
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
8. Intellectual Property
